Ensuring Clients Feel Informed and Confident Throughout Their Wealth Management Journey
As Client Service Manager at Toberman Becker Wealth, Amy creates a seamless, personalized experience for every client. She manages the behind-the-scenes details so advisors can focus on what matters most: guiding clients through life’s biggest financial decisions. Through proactive communication and attentive service, she helps ensure clients feel informed, supported, and prepared for every step of their financial journey.
Throughout Amy’s career, she’s helped people break down complex concepts into cohesive processes. She began as an educator before moving into in-house marketing for a small business. She later joined Microsoft, where she oversaw internal technical content for Microsoft Advertising and its suite of products, then served as a project lead and digital marketing strategist—sharpening her ability to translate technical material into clear, useful content for a wide range of audiences. Today, she draws on that experience to help clients navigate the wealth management process with the same clarity and peace of mind.
Amy holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and Elementary Education from Marquette University and an M.A. in Education from North Park University. As a wife and mother of three daughters (and three dachshunds), Amy understands what’s at stake when planning for a family’s future. Outside of work, she enjoys recreating dishes inspired by Top Chef, taking long bike rides, and preserving family memories through handmade scrapbooks.
